Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join our agile wargaming team. You will connect operational needs to system architecture and run M&S analyses to shape product design and mission outcomes.

The role requires strong experience in operations research, modeling and simulation for military missions, and programming with Python or C++. You will collaborate across engineering and business development to deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related field.
• Experience with wargaming design and tactical experiments.
• Background in modeling and simulation for military missions.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Ability to relate performance to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Run simulations using MissionSim and other models.
• Create scenarios to demonstrate capabilities.
• Support engineering with performance evaluations.
• Design and analyze tactical and mission-level wargames.
• Develop physics-based models for red/blue force scenarios.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and risks.
• Ground analyses in real operational problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to show value with data-driven analysis.
