Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to connect operational needs with system architecture, performance, and mission outcomes. You will lead M&S and wargaming for Anduril products, train customers, and support product refinement.

Initial hiring will be in London, with relocation after setup of the UAE simulation center. The role requires experience in ORSA, wargaming design, and proficiency in Python or C++, with the ability to communicate complex results

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required or readily obtainable for UAE/UK roles.
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience with wargaming, scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ for modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform and sensor choices affect mission outcomes.
• Design and analyze tactical and mission-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios focusing on red/blue force dynamics.
• Assess system interactions, dependencies, and mission impacts.
• Lead warfighting capability analysts and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities with data-driven analysis.
