Job summary

Anduril Industries is building unmanned systems and warfighting capability through advanced autonomy, AI, and simulation. The Warfighting Systems Analyst will join a growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with initial hiring in London, UK and relocation upon center completion.

The role emphasizes connecting operational needs to system architecture, performing MS&A, and delivering data-driven insights to support product iterations and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance is required.
• 3+ years in Operations Research or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design and data analysis.
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions preferred (friendly/adversary tactics).
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Ability to relate system performance and design choices to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulation, experimentation, and training using high-end models and MissionSim.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensors, comms, C2 affect mission outcomes.
• Design and execute tactical and engagement-level analyses and wargames.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and mission impacts.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to show capabilities through data-driven analysis.
