Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical‑operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade‑space analysis.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics‑based modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high‑end models and simulations to conduct analysis, wargaming, and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Support engineering and product teams by evaluating how platform choices affect mission outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical and mission‑level analyses to refine tactics.
• Develop physics‑based models and operational scenarios for red/blue force tactics.
• Collaborate with teams to demonstrate capabilities through data‑driven analysis.
