Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Warfighting Systems Analyst to connect operational needs with system architecture and mission outcomes. You will work on Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&S) and run wargames to support product improvements and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific security clearance required.
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments, wargaming, and data analytics.
• Modeling and simulation for military missions; friendly/adversary tactics preferred.
• Proficiency in Python/C++ for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect performance to mission outcomes and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform components affect mission outcomes and integration risks.
• Design and analyze tactical engagements and wargames for autonomous systems.
• Create physics-based models and operational scenarios focusing on red/blue forces.
• Assess system interactions, dependencies, constraints, and mission impacts.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to demonstrate capabilities via data-driven analysis.
