Anduril Industries is building unmanned systems and advanced defense tech. The Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst will join a rapid, Agile team in Abu Dhabi, relocating from London.

You will drive Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis to train customers, improve products, and tailor solutions to mission needs. The role requires connecting military operations with system architecture, performing rigorous analyses, and communicating results clearly.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific security clearance is required.
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis or related technical field.
• Experience with tactical experiments, wargaming design, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead wargaming analyses to link customer needs with system architecture and mission outcomes.
• Develop and run scenarios using Python/YAML and physics-based models.
• Support engineering and business development with rigorous, data-driven analysis to demonstrate capability value.
