CS & Clarks in Dubai seeks a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth across GCC, MENA and Turkey. The role requires building partnerships, identifying new markets, and leading a high-performing BD team. Travel may be required to advance key opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings a proven record of revenue growth, exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to work across levels in a fast-paced environment. MBA is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in business development, sales, or related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in a similar sector is highly desirable.
