Perfect Placer seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead market entry and expansion for the UAE and GCC. You will cultivate strategic partnerships with government entities and industry leaders, develop go-to-market plans, and steer complex deal negotiations to close favorable agreements.

You will build a high-performing BD team, coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and legal, and represent the client at major industry events while shaping market positioning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or certifications preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development and project management with leadership skills.
• Understanding UAE free zone ecosystem, foreign investment landscape, and international operations.
• Experience at accounting or market entry advisory firms is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
