Job summary

You will partner with ownership and stakeholders, oversee risk, drive operational efficiency, and ensure continuity during the leadership transition, with a focus on durable value creation across diverse businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/engineering or related discipline
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification advantageous
• Extensive progressive leadership experience at executive/group level
• Experience overseeing large-scale financial, operational and commercial responsibilities
• Experience in diversified groups/family-owned conglomerates an advantage

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group's strategic vision, objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Lead development and implementation of strategies across group companies and units.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, partnerships and revenue growth.
• Translate ownership objectives into measurable plans and performance targets.
• Oversee financial and commercial performance of a portfolio exceeding 2 billion.
• Provide executive oversight across group businesses ensuring alignment with strategy.
