CS & Clarks in Dubai seeks a Director of Operations to drive operational excellence across the group. Reporting to the CEO, you will develop strategies, mentor Operations Managers, and lead cross-functional initiatives to meet business objectives.

You will establish KPIs, oversee budgets, optimize costs, and ensure compliance. The role demands strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent communication to align departments like HR, Finance and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-industry operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with group goals; guide Operations Managers to ensure effective execution.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs for efficiency, productivity, and profitability; analyze data and provide insights.
• Team Oversight and Development: Lead, mentor, and support Operations Managers; foster continuous improvement and training; manage budgets with Finance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise between CEO and Operations Managers; collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing; ensure risk mitigation and continuity.
