Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a coordinator or guest services agent in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong working knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VIP guest itineraries including transport, accommodation, dining, and activity bookings.
• Handle guest queries efficiently while liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Support day-to-day administration and operational needs of the VIP Services department.
