Job summary
Atlantis The Royal Dubai is seeking a highly capable Assistant Manager, VIP Services to lead daily VIP operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will train and coach colleagues, drive KPIs, and craft bespoke guest experiences around the resort's luxury offerings.
The role requires a Diploma or Associate Degree in a related field, plus at least 2 years as a Senior Butler or Assistant Head Butler. Fluency in one of several languages is preferred for a diverse guest profile.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years as a Senior Butler or Assistant Head Butler.
- Experience in luxury 5-star hospitality.
- Fluency in Russian, German, Arabic, French, Spanish or Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day VIP Services operation and uphold high service standards.
- Coach team members and manage department KPIs with guidance from senior leaders.
- Deliver bespoke experiences and respond to guest needs in a 24/7 environment.
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes when required.
