Atlantis The Palm is seeking a dedicated VIP Services Agent to deliver exceptional service to high-profile guests from arrival to departure. This role focuses on personalized attention, anticipating needs, and maintaining the Royal Majlis Lounge to the highest standards.

You will welcome and assist VIP guests with check-in, escorting, concierge requests, and guest orientation, ensuring a seamless luxury experience in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or concierge roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Guest-first mindset with proactive service
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Check-in VIP guests and escort them to the lounge and facilities.
Attend to VIP requests and concierge inquiries to ensure memorable stays.
Maintain the Royal Majlis Lounge setup and cleanliness for all guests.
Provide personalized orientation and information to VIP guests.
Collaborate with the VIP Services team to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
