Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate VIP and Butler service guest itineraries from pre-arrival to departure
• Manage personalized guest correspondence, preferences, and special requests
• Arrange transport, accommodation details, food and beverage reservations, and activities
• Act as a central point of contact for guests, partners, suppliers, and internal teams
• Handle guest queries, requests and changes efficiently and professionally
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative requirements of the VIP Services department
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is updated correctly
