Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as Opera or similar.
• Strong passion for guest service and service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Additional language skills such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate daily Royal Club Services operations
• Deliver professional and personalized service to VIP, Royal Club, and Suite guests
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with guests and internal departments
• Coordinate closely with Front Office and hotel leadership teams
• Ensure resort service standards are followed and maintained by team members
• Support information flow and guest request handling across departments
• Use hotel reservation systems such as Opera to manage guest information
• Assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth Royal Club service delivery
