Binance VIP & Institutional Team is seeking a senior sales-oriented professional to acquire and manage major global VIP clients and institutions. You will develop trust, expand relationships, and build scalable customer service processes across a global team.

The role requires strong bilingual communication (English/Arabic), experience with CRM tools, and a proven track record in sales within international finance, banking, or FX environments.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with clear KPI expectations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic or strong bilingual communication.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of major global institutional/VIP clients.
• Expand relationships with existing customers through proactive communication and needs analysis.
• Build and optimize customer service processes, tracking key customer status and feedback.
• Analyze user behavior, identify needs, and coordinate with internal teams to improve service and product offerings.
