Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional Team seeks a seasoned sales professional to acquire and manage a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. You will build trust, expand relationships through ongoing communication, and develop key service processes while providing product feedback.

You will analyze user behavior, coordinate with multiple departments, and travel to bespoke events to meet clients. Fluent English and Arabic are required, with remote-first global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with clear KPI.
• Familiar with CRM tool.
• Autonomous in a sales team with regional exposure and event hosting.
• 3-10 years in sales and client services with an international financial background.
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks and brokers.
• Strong communication, able to adapt in diverse situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure.
• Passionate about crypto; industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
• Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and needs understanding
• Building key customer service processes, formulating rules, and tracking status of key customers
• Analyzing user behavior, identifying needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and coordinating with departments to provide optimal solutions and product feedback
