Job summary

Binance is seeking a fast-paced VIP & Institutional Sales contributor for its Dubai office. You will proactively acquire and onboard new customers, build trust with global institutional and VIP clients, and maintain ongoing communications to track progress.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in sales/marketing/finance, a headhunting mindset, and strong communication skills to perform under pressure and meet targets from day one.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing/finance.

• - Build trust and develop strong relationships with global institutional and VIP clients.

• - Maintain valuable communication with customers, understand their needs, and track their status and progress.

• - Work with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions.

• - Brainstorm new methods of client acquisition using data-driven insights and learnings from experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing/finance

• Strong proactive headhunter mindset with the ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-potential prospects

• Understanding of sales roles, sales targets, and prior sales experience. Experience at an online brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable.

• Willingness to take on targets from day one and deliver results.

• Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt your approach when guided.

• Strong communication skills, client management ability, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
