Job summary

Bybit is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Relationship Manager to join our VIP team for the MENA region, serving as the primary contact to drive client satisfaction and business growth. You will manage a portfolio of global VIP clients, build strong relationships, analyze client needs, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.
Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
Prior working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background is preferred.
Strong communication and written skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
Build rapport with existing clients via frequent communication.
Develop and refine customer service processes and tracking of key customers.
Analyze client behavior and prepare key customer analysis reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions.
