Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our VIP team in the MENA region. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients, driving loyalty and business growth in the UAE on-site.

You will manage client acquisition, strengthen relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. A background in trading platforms or international banking is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience managing client portfolios including institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
Prior work in sales and client services with an international financial background is preferred.
Strong communication and written skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Perform client acquisition and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients.
Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients via frequent communication.
Develop and optimize key customer service processes and tracking systems.
Analyze client behavior and prepare key customer analysis reports.
Coordinate with stakeholders from different departments to deliver optimal service solutions.
