Job summary

Binance is seeking a fast-paced VIP & Institutional Sales contributor for its Dubai office. You will proactively acquire and onboard new customers, build trust with global institutional and VIP clients, and maintain ongoing communications to track progress.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in sales/marketing/finance, a headhunting mindset, and strong communication skills to perform under pressure and meet targets from day one.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing/finance.
• Headhunting mindset with ability to engage high-potential prospects.
• Understanding of sales roles and targets; fintech experience desirable.
• Willingness to hit targets from day one.
• Able to receive feedback and adapt approaches.
• Strong communication and client management under pressure.
