Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a polished first impression on arrival.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests entering the restaurant.
- Confirm reservations and support accurate guest seating arrangements.
- Monitor the waiting list and keep guests informed of expected seating times.
- Coordinate guest flow with the restaurant team to support efficient table turnover.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate special requests, preferences, and relevant guest information to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain awareness of VIP guests and support personalized service requirements.
- Engage guests in natural, professional conversation while they wait or move through the restaurant.
- Provide clear information regarding seating arrangements and restaurant procedures.
- Work closely with servers, supervisors, and restaurant management to maintain smooth front-of-house operations.
- Monitor the entrance and reception area to ensure it remains organized and presentable.
- Assist with reservations coordination when required.
- Respond calmly and professionally to delays, seating changes, or guest concerns.

Ideal Profile
- Previous experience as a hostess, VIP hostess, restaurant receptionist, or similar front-of-house professional is preferred.
- Approximately 2 years of experience within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment is advantageous.
- International hospitality exposure is highly valued.
- Excellent spoken communication skills.

- Strong customer service awareness with the ability to make guests feel comfortable and recognized.
