Role Context

The VIP Hostess serves as a key guest-facing representative at FZN by Bjorn Frantzen, managing the arrival and seating experience while maintaining the polished service standards associated with a high-end dining destination. From welcoming guests and managing waiting times to escorting diners to their tables and providing a warm farewell, the role requires confident communication, natural conversation, efficiency, and close teamwork.
