Job summary

Raffles The Palm (Emerald Palace) Dubai seeks a Guest Relations Officer to oversee all guest relations and maximise guest satisfaction from arrival through departure. The role requires a degree in Tourism & Hotel Management and at least 2 years in a luxury hotel.

Exemplary English communication, strong rapport with guests, and ability to coordinate with Concierge, Butler and Sofitel Club for events and VIP requests are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of guest relations experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Butler and Sofitel Club for events and VIP requests or preparations.
• Prepare compendiums prior guest arrival and update repeat guest history system.
• Attend regular meetings for Guest Relations team members and adhere to OH&S policies.
• Handle guest complaints and follow up on corrective actions.
