Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking a professional Guest Relations Supervisor for its resort on The Palm, Dubai. You will oversee daily guest relations operations, supervise the team, and ensure service aligned with the resort's brand standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent English communication, and a guest‑focused approach. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset; the role includes accommodation, visa, and medical insurance as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of German, Spanish, Chinese, or French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high service standards.
• Welcome VIPs, repeat guests, and other guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable arrival experience.
• Oversee guest enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the resort's brand standards, service procedures, and hospitality values.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, room preferences, and personalized guest arrangements.
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, service records, feedback reports, and shift handover notes.
• Conduct team briefings, allocate daily duties, and support the training and development of Guest Relations Agents.
• Monitor team performance, grooming standards, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Support the management team in implementing service improvements and maintaining operational efficiency.
