Based in Dubai, the operator supports hotel operations, records wake-up calls, and ensures privacy and accuracy while interacting with guests and colleagues in a multilingual, luxury-hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in hotel management.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a hotel setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Process calls accurately and courteously.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests.
• Record wake-up calls and assist with directory queries.
• Promote guest privacy and handle requests promptly.
• Understand hotel fire, safety procedures and OH&S policies.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth telecommunication.
