Qualifications

• Ideally a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance tasks while maintaining meaningful interactions with guests during their stay.
• Prepare for guest arrivals according to preferences and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Oversee the Lobby area daily while interacting with guests and visitors.
• Create memorable experiences through initiatives and seamless departures to drive guest satisfaction.
