Job summary

The Palm, Dubai-based resort is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to oversee daily guest interactions and lead the guest relations team to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure brand standards are met and guests receive warm, personalized attention throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong English communication, and a passion for hospitality, with flexibility to work shifts and holidays. UAE hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations or front office in a hotel or resort.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high service standards.
• Welcome VIPs, repeat guests, and other guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable arrival experience.
• Oversee guest enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
