• Welcome Executive Lounge guests with personalized and professional Front Office service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
• Assist VIP and loyalty guests with check-in, check-out, hotel information, and other Front Office services.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Monitor VIP arrivals, special requests, guest preferences, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and daily operational information.
• Ensure the Executive Lounge is clean, organized, and presented to hotel standards.
• Assist with VIP recognition, special occasions, and guest engagement activities.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and uphold hotel service standards.
