Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in the hospitality field.
• Front desk and/or concierge experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting personalized guest requirements within a hospitality or concierge environment.
• Ability to coordinate reservations, bookings, guest arrangements, and lounge services.
• Strong awareness of service quality when interacting with VIP members and external service providers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling member information and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership enrollment, welcome new and returning members, introduce lounge facilities and services, and assist with individual concierge requirements.
• Support guests throughout their lounge visits while providing accurate information about the mall, its services, and the surrounding local area.
• Maintain a peaceful, service-focused lounge environment by coordinating food and beverage service, housekeeping activities, ambience, and other services provided within the lounge.
• Arrange or confirm reservations for dining, wellbeing, entertainment, transportation, rentals, airport and hotel check-ins, shopping, and other requested activities.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls with members and make preliminary arrangements for their upcoming lounge and mall visits.
• Personalize each member's experience by understanding individual profiles and preferences while maintaining full confidentiality and protecting member information.
• Stay informed about the UAE events calendar, current activities, VIP access opportunities, and relevant contacts.
• Coordinate in-lounge service bookings, including venue preparation and payment management.
• Provide personal shopping assistance by advising VIP guests on relevant trends, new merchandise, and preferred stores.
• Shop on behalf of guests when this service is requested.
• Build effective B2B relationships with in-lounge service providers and tenants and respond promptly to requests received through these partners.
• Manage lounge-related campaigns in accordance with the applicable campaign management SOP.
