Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations within VIP/executive terminals.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to VIPs, diplomats, executives, and high-profile guests.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house service teams.
• Coordinate with F&B, airport / FBO, kitchen, and operations for seamless service.
• Conduct service quality checks and ensure guest satisfaction.
