Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Chief Concierge to lead the concierge team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and local expertise. You will coordinate transportation, reservations, tours, and VIP arrangements while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

As the primary contact for VIP guests, you will oversee daily desk operations, build relationships, and collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, and related departments to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or International.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of concierge experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, transportation services, and destination experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex guest requests and VIP requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Concierge team to deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships with guests and provide personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, tours, and guest requests.
• Partner with local businesses and tourism partners to enhance guest experiences.
• Welcome VIPs and ensure preferences and requirements are met.
• Manage daily Concierge Desk operations and guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, dining, and leisure activities.
• Monitor guest feedback and improve service quality.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Transportation, Security, and other departments.
• Assist guests with complex travel arrangements and visa guidance.
