Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai is seeking a proactive Concierge to deliver an excellent, consistent level of service to guests and to support the smooth operation of the Rooms Division.

You will assist with restaurant reservations, book city tours, recommend tourist spots and tailor recommendations to guest preferences, contributing to memorable events and the overall guest experience. A relevant hospitality qualification and at least one year of hotel operations experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests.
• Assist with concierge services such as restaurant reservations, city tours, and recommendations to guests within the Rooms Division.
