Qualifications

• 3-5 years concierge experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai attractions, services, transportation options, dining, entertainment, and local experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to remain calm handling complaints and multiple priorities.
• Experience using hotel management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily concierge operations while maintaining professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensure established hotel service standards are consistently followed throughout the department.
• Coordinate VIP handling and special guest requests; provide personalized support before arrival, during stay, and departure.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Dubai attractions and local experiences to tailor guest recommendations.
• Maintain records of important requests and guest preferences; coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations to ensure seamless communication.
