Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in CRM strategies and campaigns.
• English speaking; Arabic language is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive work ethic and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop the CRM strategy to support brands under the division with a customer-centric approach and marketing automation.
• Strategize and build the CRM roadmap with KPIs to improve customer lifetime value.
• Generate insights into customer segments for business development and CRM initiatives.
• Support campaign management by identifying growth, cross-sell, up-sell and retention opportunities.
• Create and develop database segmentation profiles to enhance CRM data solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor internal processes and capabilities of the Marketing Database to ensure secure data management and reporting.
• Formulate, implement, and enforce data collection policies to support CRM goals.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to evolve information needs and provide recommendations with reports.
• Establish criteria to proactively detect opportunities within the database to drive activity.
• Analyze the performance of published CRM content for future campaigns.
