Job summary

Alba Cars in Dubai is seeking a confident, highly organised Purchase Coordinator to support vehicle owners selling their cars. You will guide clients through the administration and ensure all documents are in order while coordinating with banks and internal teams to make each transaction smooth and professional.

This role is customer-facing with a strong emphasis on accuracy, CRM case management, and proactive follow-up to secure positive outcomes and timely completions.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Confident, professional, client-facing communicator.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing multiple cases.
• Advantage: automotive, banking, administration or customer-service experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers visiting the showroom to sell their vehicles.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional experience throughout the selling process.
• Guide customers through documentation and next steps to complete sale.
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams to progress each transaction.
• Create, update and manage purchase cases in the CRM.
• Maintain clear, complete records for every transaction.
• Handle multiple active cases without missing steps.
• Collaborate with purchasing, finance, operations and customer service teams.
