ALBA CARS in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue by building lasting client relationships. You will engage customers, demonstrate vehicle features, and collaborate with the team to exceed monthly targets while promoting showroom performance.

The role offers a base salary with commission, medical insurance, visa sponsorship, and ongoing training. Multilingual abilities and UAE automotive market knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• High level of enthusiasm, confidence and motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• A passion for cars and a solid understanding of the automotive market is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities and prior experience with CRM systems are a plus.

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team at ALBA CARS.
Located in the heart of Dubai ALBA CARS is a leading used car dealership known for its extensive inventory of highquality vehicles and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts playing a crucial role in driving revenue building client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Location Requirement:

This role is based in Dubai UAE and candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently residing in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner

• Maintain indepth knowledge of the dealerships inventory and promotions

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and followup

• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize showroom performance
