Job summary

Alba Cars in Dubai is seeking a confident, highly organised Purchase Coordinator to support vehicle owners selling their cars. You will guide clients through the administration and ensure all documents are in order while coordinating with banks and internal teams to make each transaction smooth and professional.

This role is customer-facing with a strong emphasis on accuracy, CRM case management, and proactive follow-up to secure positive outcomes and timely completions.

Job description

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and highly organised Purchase Coordinator to join Alba Cars, one of the UAE’s leading used-car showrooms.

In this customer-facing role, you will support vehicle owners who are selling their cars to Alba Cars. You will guide them through the administrative side of the process, ensure all documents are in order, and coordinate with banks and internal teams to make every transaction smooth and professional.

Customer Experience & Purchase Support

• Meet and greet customers visiting the showroom to sell their vehicles.

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience throughout the vehicle-selling process.

• Clearly guide customers through the documentation and next steps required to complete their sale.

• Follow up with customers after completion and support the collection of positive reviews.

Documentation & Transaction Coordination

• Organise Power of Attorney (POA) documents, bank loan clearances, and vehicle transfers.

• Collect, review, and ensure the accuracy of all required customer and vehicle documentation.

• Coordinate with customers, banks, and relevant internal departments to progress each transaction.

• Proactively follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and requirements to avoid delays.

• Ensure each purchase case is completed accurately and efficiently.

CRM & Operational Administration

• Create, update, and manage purchase cases accurately within the CRM system.

• Maintain clear, complete, and organised records for every transaction.

• Handle multiple active cases while ensuring no important steps or deadlines are missed.

• Work closely with the purchasing, finance, operations, and customer service teams.

Key Requirements

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.

• Confident, professional, friendly, and comfortable communicating with customers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent customer-service skills and a proactive approach to follow-up.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, computer software, and managing multiple cases at once.

• Automotive, banking, administration, or customer-service experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 5,000–7,000 per month, depending on experience

• Work visa sponsorship

• Medical insurance, as per UAE labour law

• 30 days of paid annual leave

Work Arrangement

• Type: Full-time, on-site position

• Location: Dubai, UAE

Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the UAE.
