Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administrate the preparation of new vehicles through the dealer management system.
• Ensure all sales vehicle documentation is followed correctly to invoice and in the correct location system with correct location.
• Administrate the process, vehicle booking for inspection and preparation. To liaise with the sales and service team with progress update and invoice confirmation.
• Administrate the process of vehicle movement, preparation for sale and display at location. This includes bodyshop or separate service locations.
• Administrate the process of sales after booking. Guide the sales team in process, compliance to AG Auto policies and legal requirements.
• Manage logistical requirements, driver and valet process.
