This role will build the operational capabilities needed to recover more value from returned units while maintaining reliable quality standards and a positive customer experience. The manager will work with Amazon Customer Excellence System, Learning and Development, Product, Engineering, Category, Finance, Procurement, Data Science, Returns and Customer Experience, and external business partners. The solutions developed may support AMET operations and wider international markets.

• At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

• Proven ability to use data and metrics to identify improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving capability.
