• Review timecards and help resolve attendance-record discrepancies.
• Share effective working practices across departments and shifts.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, Safety and IT to obtain project resources.
• Balance urgent operational demands with longer-term improvement plans.

Role Context

Inventory Control and Quality Assurance supports the accuracy and reliability of fulfilment-center operations. The ICQA Supervisor will protect this standard by monitoring processes, investigating performance gaps and helping associates follow established operating procedures.
