The role requires excellent English, a friendly demeanor, and strong teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction. Previous experience in a high-end hotel is preferred, with the ability to operate the POS system and support opening and closing

Qualifications

• Experience in an F&B service role.
• Excellent English oral and written skills. Additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to upsell and recommend alternatives.
• Knowledge of POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outlet and work area.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet.
• Provide courteous, professional and efficient service.
• Upsell menu items and explain offerings, offering alternatives when appropriate.
• Operate the POS system during service.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Respond to guest enquiries politely and report feedback to supervisors.
• Ensure work area and surrounding space is clean and well-organized.
