Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet while maintaining Kempinski standards.
• Provide courteous, professional and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Upsell all menu items and assist guests with alternatives.
• Maintain knowledge of services and products offered by the hotel.
• Open and close the outlet following established procedures.
• Report guest feedback and complaints to supervisors and follow up.
