The role requires 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in international luxury hotels, excellent English communication, knowledge of menu items and upselling, and a passion for hospitality in a dynamic F&B team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• English language skills, excellent communication.
• Hospitality mindset with guest-first service approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests.
• Take, process and deliver orders accurately using POS systems.
• Present menu details, upsell items and inform guests about allergens.
