Qualifications

• Experience in an F&B service/cashier role.
• English – excellent oral and written skills.
• Multinational environment – ability to work and communicate.
• Additional language – beneficial.
• Competent with numbers, POS Systems and accounting processes are beneficial.
• Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
• Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag.
• Provide courteous, professional service and maintain hotel standards.
• Handle guest enquiries and report feedback to supervisors.
• Prepare bills and coordinate with Waiters/Waitresses for efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization in the outlet at all times.
• Operate the POS system per trained responsibilities and assist in upselling.
