Job summary

Accor, at TWINE Dubai World Trade Centre, seeks a Restaurant Manager for the Mediterranean restaurant within the hotel environment. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage budgets, and collaborate with chefs to deliver standout meals and events.

You will partner with hotel departments to align F&B goals, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability while upholding food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, hotel/upscale dining preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and cost control experience.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to policies.
