Job summary

AccorHotel Dubai is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the service team, and ensure seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Reception, drive up-selling, manage costs, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. This full-time role requires strong English communication and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience.
• Experience in upscale or lifestyle hotel environments preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and guest handling.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrates teamwork and independence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day restaurant operations run smoothly.
• Lead the restaurant's service team and guide servers.
• Support leadership in achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling and operating costs.
• Record daily events in management reports and share insights.
• Coordinate with Head Chef and Reception to meet guests' needs.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor equipment, stock, and safe cash handling.
• Attend regular meetings and contribute to business reviews.
