Accor is seeking a Restaurant Service Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure premier service standards, and coach the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role requires experience in luxury dining and strong English communication, with French a plus.

You will collaborate with the kitchen, sommelier, and reservations team to ensure seamless service, staff scheduling, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Service, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in food and beverage operations, preferably luxury/hotel.
• Supervisory experience in French cuisine or upscale dining is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine service.
• Excellent English communication; French a plus.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare for service with table settings, mise en place, lighting and ambience.
• Monitor service standards and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sommelier, reservations, and other departments.
• Conduct pre-service briefings on reservations, VIP guests, menus, promotions.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and staffing during service.
• Coach and motivate the service team to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
• Report maintenance issues and inventory/beverage control as needed.
