Job summary

FIVE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a luxury Mediterranean dining concept within a busy hotel setting. You will drive guest satisfaction and oversee service quality, while managing a skilled F&B team.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a luxury hotel restaurant leadership role, strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, and the ability to manage budgets and staff performance. Flexibility to work weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
• Experience as Restaurant Manager or in a leadership position in an upscale Mediterranean concept restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with SOPs and health/safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure premium guest experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to deliver a captivating Mediterranean dining concept.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Drive staff training, recruitment, and performance to support FIVE's standards.
