Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Supervisor within the talea team. The role focuses on delivering premier food and beverage service, coordinating shifts, and training colleagues to uphold the brand's luxury standards.

The successful candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain high grooming and service standards, and support management to optimize outlet performance in a 5-star environment.

Qualifications

• Ample hospitality experience preferred in luxury hotel environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance is essential.
• Ability to use English fluently; Italian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily service in Restaurants, Bars & Experiences.
• Train colleagues on concepts, menus and standards.
• Ensure front and back of house areas are clean and well-organised.
• Monitor schedules, manning levels and stock levels daily.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS checks during shifts.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support Manager in coordinating outlet operations and guest service.
